Shotcaller provides secure and flexible payment options to suit our customers across Nairobi, Kenya, and East Africa. We currently accept:
- Mobile Money: M-Pesa and other supported mobile wallets.
- Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and select international cards.
- Bank Transfers: Available on request for bulk or corporate orders.
All payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Security
- All transactions on Shotcaller are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption.
- We do not store sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers.
- Customers are encouraged to verify they are on our official website before making payments.
3. Currency
- All prices on Shotcaller are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- For customers outside Kenya, conversions to local currency may apply depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Once your payment is received, you will get an order confirmation email/SMS.
- Payments must be confirmed before your order is dispatched for delivery.
5. Bulk & Corporate Orders
- For large or corporate purchases, Shotcaller may require a deposit of up to 50% before processing.
- The balance must be cleared before delivery.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
- If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.
7. Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds may be processed in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
- Refunds are issued through the same method of payment and may take 3–7 business days.
8. Late or Outstanding Payments
- For approved corporate or special arrangements, late payments may attract additional charges.
- Shotcaller reserves the right to withhold future deliveries until outstanding balances are cleared.
9. Fraud Prevention
- Shotcaller monitors transactions to prevent fraud. Suspicious activity may lead to order cancellation or reporting to relevant authorities.
