1. Delivery Areas

  • Shotcaller currently delivers within Nairobi, Kenya, and selected areas across East Africa.
  • Availability of delivery outside Nairobi depends on courier partners and local regulations.
  • Customers are advised to confirm delivery coverage before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed and delivered the same day within Nairobi.
  • Deliveries outside Nairobi may take 1–3 business days, depending on distance and courier schedules.
  • During peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur. Customers will be notified in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and courier partner.
  • Free delivery is available for all orders above KES 3,500 within Nairobi.
  • Exact delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
  • Free delivery promotions may also apply for bulk purchases or specific campaigns.

4. Handling & Quality of Consumables

  • All alcoholic beverages are transported under safe and hygienic conditions to protect product integrity.
  • Shotcaller is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper storage, handling, or exposure to unsuitable conditions.

5. Proof of Age & Legal Compliance

  • By placing an order, customers confirm they are 18 years or older, in compliance with Kenyan law.
  • Delivery personnel may request valid ID upon delivery.
  • Orders will not be handed over to minors or third parties unable to provide proof of age.

6. Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed if:

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the order at the agreed time and location.
  • Proof of age cannot be provided.
  • Delivery details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

In such cases:

  • The order may be rescheduled at the customer’s cost.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for consumables once dispatched.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify Shotcaller within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • Eligible products will be replaced or refunded as outlined in our Return Policy.

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or unverified addresses.
  • Delivery times may be restricted during government-imposed curfews or events affecting alcohol sales.
  • Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery.

9. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Large or corporate orders may require additional lead time for delivery.
  • Customized delivery schedules can be arranged upon request.
