Welcome to Shotcaller. By accessing and using our website (https://shotcaller.co.ke) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years and above to purchase alcoholic products on Shotcaller.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in Kenya. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.

2. Products & Availability

Shotcaller offers a wide range of alcoholic beverages including whisky, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, beer, champagne, wine, brandy, cognac, and mixers.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging may vary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shotcaller reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be completed in full before delivery. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment gateways.
We do not currently support “Cash on Delivery.”

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders can be placed directly on our website by selecting products, adding them to your cart, and completing checkout.
Deliveries are made within Nairobi and select regions in Kenya.
Free delivery applies to orders above KES 3,500 within Nairobi. Other deliveries may attract standard charges.
Delivery timelines: Same-day delivery within Nairobi (depending on time of order), while deliveries outside Nairobi may take longer.

5. Returns & Refunds (Consumable Products Policy)

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:
The product delivered is incorrect, or
The product is damaged upon arrival.
To request a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images or videos).
Products must remain sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they (or another adult of legal age) are available to receive the order.
We reserve the right to cancel deliveries if no eligible adult is available to accept the order.

7. Promotions & Offers

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and offers are valid only during the specified period.
Shotcaller reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Shotcaller’s website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Shotcaller and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shotcaller will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
We are not responsible for misuse of products, including underage consumption or overconsumption.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information is protected under our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and stored.

11. Modifications to Terms

Shotcaller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Kenyan law.
